Abstract

The integration of ecological civilization education and interdisciplinary thematic research learning is an inevitable requirement for deepening the reform of basic education curriculum. It is of great educational value in breaking down disciplinary barriers, fostering students’correct ecological civilization outlook and sense of responsibility, promoting the transformation of educational methods, enhancing students’innovative spirit, and achieving the unity of knowledge and action. By implementing the path of“updating educational concepts - developing school-based courses - building resource platforms - constructing practical links - improving guarantee systems”, it is conducive to establishing a new pattern of interdisciplinary thematic research learning education, serving ecological civilization construction, and fulfilling the fundamental task of cultivating virtue and fostering talents.
