Abstract

Place sence is a crucial topic in geography education, possessing unique educational value. Due to the emotional attributes of ancient poetry, it holds distinct advantages in cultivating students’place sence. By analyzing the generation logic of place sence within ancient poetry, it is found that place interaction and place narrative respectively constitute the generative mechanism and expressive form of place sence in ancient poetry. Building upon this generation logic, an analytical framework for place sence in ancient poetry within the high school curriculum was constructed. Analysis of ancient poetry in the nationally unifi ed high school Chinese language textbooks revealed its curriculum picture of place sence. Finally, based on the generation logic and curriculum picture, a teaching pathway was constructed with the logical sequence“local interaction– local matching–local resonance–narrative transformation”to cultivate students’place sence through ancient poetry.
