Abstract

Amid the New Curriculum Reform, collaborative lesson preparation is key to teacher development and educational quality. Establishing eff ective pathways is urgent for stabilizing the workforce and ensuring balanced regional development. Focusing on junior high school geography in Yunyan District, Guiyang, this paper explores strategies for regional collaborative lesson preparation. Results show that by building research networks, developing specialized courses, standardizing models, promoting digitalization, and enhancing teacher’s practical competency, Yunyan District shifted teachers from“working alone”to “collaborative co-creation,”enhancing the regional teaching and research effi ciency and teaching quality.
