Abstract

At present, there are shortcomings in the cultivation of professional practical skills for geography normal students. Taking the scientifi c research project Geological Hazards and Hydrological Investigation in Sandaogou Coal Mine of China Energy Investment Corporation as the carrier, this study constructs a“project-driven, university-enterprise collaborative” training model for the comprehensive practical competence of geography normal students, by arranging students to participate in-depth in core links such as project design, field implementation, data analysis and summary report writing throughout the whole process. During implementation, this study adopts a university-enterprise "mentor-apprentice" mechanism. Through on-site guidance, work seminars, task-driven approaches and assessment checks, it helps students quickly master professional technical methods and integrate into the scientifi c research practice context. The results show that this training model eff ectively deepens geography normal students’understanding of professional courses such as geology and hydrology, and signifi cantly improves their fi eld practical skills, providing a referable practical path for solving the current problem of disconnection between theory and practice in normal education.
