摘要

随着新课程改革的不断推进,集体备课成为区域教师水平发展、教育教学质量提升的关键路径,探索一条有效的区域集体备课推进路径,是稳定教师队伍、提升教学质量以及促进区域教育优质均衡发展的迫切需求。本文以贵阳市云岩区初中地理学科为例,探讨了初中地理集体备课的区域推进策略。结果表明,通过构建地理教研网络、开发学科特色研修课程、建立标准化备课模式、推动数字化转型以及强化教师地理实践力培养等一系列策略,云岩区实现了教师从“单兵作战”到“协同共创”的改革,提升了区域教研效能与教学质量。

Abstract

Amid the New Curriculum Reform, collaborative lesson preparation is key to teacher development and educational quality. Establishing eff ective pathways is urgent for stabilizing the workforce and ensuring balanced regional development. Focusing on junior high school geography in Yunyan District, Guiyang, this paper explores strategies for regional collaborative lesson preparation. Results show that by building research networks, developing specialized courses, standardizing models, promoting digitalization, and enhancing teacher’s practical competency, Yunyan District shifted teachers from“working alone”to “collaborative co-creation,”enhancing the regional teaching and research effi ciency and teaching quality.
