摘要
大食物观以可持续发展为本质要求,以科技为支撑,全方位、多途径开发食物资源,更好满足人民日益增长的美好生活需要,是对传统粮食安全观的创新与发展,是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分。开展大食物观教育是新时代国家安全教育的重要内容。初中地理教学内容主体是世界地理和中国地理,具有丰富的大食物观教育素材,初中地理教学过程中应当采取课堂教学有机融入、在户外地理活动教学和跨学科主题学习中加深强化等多种方式进行大食物观教育,让学生逐步树立和践行大食物观。
Abstract
As an important part of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, the Broad
Food Concept innovates traditional food security, emphasizing sustainable development, technological support, and allround
food resource development to meet people’s growing needs for a better life. It is a key component of national security
education in the new era. Junior high school geography teaching, centered on world and Chinese geography, is rich in relevant
educational materials. Thus, this paper proposes integrating the concept into classroom teaching, deepening it through outdoor
geography activities and interdisciplinary theme-based learning, to help students establish and practice the Broad Food
Concept.
