在新课程改革背景下，社会课程资源的开发和利用成为推动跨学科项目化学习的重要路径。本研究以“梦清园上的‘细腰带’”项目为例，阐述了如何将城市公园这一典型的社会资源转化为学习场景。项目围绕“如何优化健身步道以提升居民四季健身体验”这一真实问题，引导学生开展跨学科项目化探究。本研究系统分析项目如何通过“资源转化—问题驱动—实践探究—价值升华”的实施模型，促进地理、体育、数学、信息技术和美术等学科知识的深度融合，并有效培育学生的地理实践力、社会责任感和综合问题解决能力。项目最终形成可落地的设计方案，实现了学习成果的社会性转化，为在真实社会场域中依托地理课程资源开展跨学科学习提供了实践范式。

Against the background of the new curriculum reform, the development and utilization of social curriculum resources have become an important path to promote interdisciplinary project-based learning. Taking the“Thin Belt on Mengqing Garden”project of our school as an example, this study elaborates on how to transform urban parks, a typical social resource, into learning scenarios. Centering on the real problem of“how to optimize fi tness trails to enhance residents’fourseason fitness experience”, the project guides students to carry out interdisciplinary project-based inquiry. This study systematically analyzes how the project promotes the in-depth integration of knowledge from geography, physical education, mathematics, information technology, fine arts and other disciplines through the implementation model of“resource transformation - problem-driven - practical inquiry - value sublimation”, and effectively cultivates students’geography praxis, social responsibility and comprehensive problem-solving ability. The project fi nally forms a feasible design scheme and submits the proposal through a public platform, realizing the social transformation of learning outcomes, and providing a practical paradigm for carrying out interdisciplinary learning relying on geography curriculum resources in real social fi elds.
