为进一步落实考试评价中的创新性要求，本研究运用图尔敏论证模型对地理情境化试题的内在论证结构进行剖析。结合试题特点与研究目标，本研究对图尔敏论证模型进行了以要素重释为主的特定性重构，并归纳地理情境化试题的基础论证结构。在此基础上，本研究从“要素式创新”与“结构式创新”两个层面分别提出了丰富信息组织方式、理据的学习调用、增强结论开放性、指向支撑要素、引入反驳要素以及聚焦数据生成过程等创新性落实路径，以期为中学地理教学和命题实践提供参考。

To further implement the innovation requirements in examination evaluation, this study employs the Toulmin Argumentation Model to analyze the internal argumentation structure of geography contextualized test items. Combined with the characteristics of test items and research objectives, this study conducts a targeted reconstruction of the Toulmin Argumentation Model centered on the reinterpretation of its core elements, and summarizes the basic argumentation structure of geography contextualized test items. On this basis, from the two dimensions of element-based innovation and structurebased innovation, this paper proposes specific implementation paths for innovation, including enriching information organization methods, promoting the learning and invocation of warrants, enhancing the openness of conclusions, orienting assessment to backing elements, introducing rebuttal elements, and focusing on the data generation process. This research aims to provide references for middle school geography teaching and proposition practice.
