棘手问题具有复杂性、不确定性和解决方案非唯一性，可为地理决策能力的培养提供适切的情境载体。本文基于设计思维，构建“创设棘手问题情境—识别核心决策问题—共创多元解决方案—权衡解决方案利弊—反思优化解决方案”的教学模式，并以“交通运输与区域发展”为例进行教学设计，为高中地理课堂开展棘手问题教学、培养学生的地理决策能力提供借鉴。

Wicked problems are characterized by complexity, uncertainty and non-unique solutions, serving as appropriate situational carriers for cultivating students’ geographical decision-making competence. Based on design thinking, this study constructs a five-stage teaching model: creating situational contexts of wicked problems, identifying core decisionmaking issues, co-creating diverse solutions, weighing the pros and cons of solutions, and reflecting on and optimizing solutions. Taking the theme "Transportation and Regional Development" as an example, this study develops a corresponding instructional design, providing references for implementing wicked problem teaching and fostering students’ geographical decision-making competence in senior high school geography.
