摘要

在信息化与乡村振兴背景下,挖掘农作物的在地性对推动乡村产业发展和提升学生的社会责任感具有重要意义。然而,学者们多关注乡村“明星”农产品的扶贫机制,较少关注普通经济作物在乡村振兴中的动态演化过程。本文以自然的社会建构为理论基础,以茶为媒介,通过梳理“茶园—茶叶—泰山茶”的社会建构过程,设计研学课程,引导学生思考其中蕴含的在地性要素,从而深化学生对产业振兴的理解。本文有助于教师以具体农作物为切入点,拓展与之相关的自然环境认知、非遗技艺传承和地理标志品牌建设路径,进一步落实地理学科核心素养。

Abstract

Against the backdrop of informatization and rural revitalization, exploring the local characteristics of crops is of great signifi cance for promoting the development of rural industries and enhancing students’sense of social responsibility. However, scholars have paid more attention to the poverty alleviation mechanisms of rural“star”agricultural products and less to the dynamic evolution process of common cash crops in rural revitalization. This article takes the social construction of nature as its theoretical basis and uses tea as a medium. By sorting out the social construction process of“tea garden - tea leaves - Taishan tea”, it designs research and study courses to guide students to think about the local elements contained therein, thereby deepening students’understanding of industrial revitalization. This article helps teachers take specifi c crops as the entry point to expand their understanding of the related natural environment, the inheritance of intangible cultural heritage skills and the construction path of geographical indication brands, and further implement the core literacy of the geography discipline.
