为搭建国家课程标准与初中地理教学之间的转化桥梁，江苏省编制《义务教育初中地理课程标准教学指南》，立足本土教学实际探索学业质量评价的地方性实施路径。本文以该指南为例，阐释其依托国家课程标准，细化学业表现、提炼素养表现的设计逻辑，构建核心素养和学业质量评价的落实路径。该指南同时配套主题化教学指引与分层性、生活化与探究式作业实施建议，形成完整的从课标到课堂教学的转化实施框架，为区域推进课程教学改革、核心素养培养常态化落地提供了本土化的实践参照。

To build a translational bridge between national curriculum standards and junior high school geography teaching, Jiangsu Province has compiled Teaching Guidelines for the Compulsory Education Junior High School Geography Curriculum Standard. Rooted in local teaching realities, the province explores localized implementation approaches for academic quality evaluation. Taking the Guidelines as an example, this paper elaborates its design logic of refi ning academic performances and extracting competency performances based on national curriculum standard, and constructs implementation pathways for key competences cultivation and academic quality assessment. Supported by thematic teaching guidance as well as suggestions on hierarchical, life-oriented and inquiry-based homework design, a complete implementation framework is established to translate curriculum standard into classroom instruction. This research provides localized practical references for regions to advance the curriculum reform and realize the regular implementation of key competences in geography education.
